We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 business hours of your appointment will require payment of the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.

Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file at the time of scheduling.

We process payments 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This helps ensure smooth, stress-free billing and allows us to focus fully on your care during session.

We do not accept insurance; however, we are happy to provide a superbill if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.

Payment Policy

  • We accept exact cash, checks, and card payments securely through our client portal.
  • Virtual and in-person sessions are available.
  • Superbills can be provided upon request, though reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Additional Notes

  • $300 — Comprehensive Intake and Assessment (first appointment or annual review)
  • $200 — 50-55 minute individual therapy session with Celia
  • $150 — 50-55 minute individual therapy session with Taylor
  • $150 — Additional services (e.g., communication with third parties, written documentation, special therapeutic tools)
